Do you have an AI-first mindset? Do you have strong experience in software development, complex systems, API-driven architecture, and cloud environments such as Azure? Do you think in systems and architecture, and take responsibility for the quality of what you deliver? Then the role of Agentic Engineer at New Orange could be right for you.
As an Agentic Engineer, you make AI an integral part of how we design and build software. You guide, assess, and integrate, thinking in systems and architecture rather than lines of code.

You use AI as an integral part of how we design, build, and improve software. You assess AI-generated code for quality and architectural consistency. Within projects, you are responsible for technical decisions and architecture, and you help teams apply AI effectively in the way they work.
You support developers in their growth toward stronger systems thinking, higher quality, and effective use of AI. You also actively contribute to the further development of our technical roadmap.
01
You are focused on collaboration, working closely with your colleagues and the specialists from our clients and partners.
02
