As a Senior Digital Project Manager at New Orange, you help organizations such as Boskalis and NVM develop and grow their digital platforms. You make sure teams and clients work effectively together on complex digital solutions and keep a clear overview of planning, scope, and progress. In doing so, you help teams stay focused on the right priorities and support clients in making realistic decisions about approach, planning, and scope.

At New Orange, you do not step into projects that have already been fully mapped out in advance. Project managers work together with the team to make realistic decisions about scope, approach, and planning. From the very beginning, you are involved in the proposal that goes to the client. For us, the role of project manager is about responsibility and collaboration, not hierarchy. You organize the work, bring structure, and help teams and clients make well-considered decisions.

Our teams are stable and multidisciplinary. Developers, tech leads, and project managers work together on long-term client partnerships. You work on digital platforms where CMS, e-commerce, and integrations come together within complex IT landscapes.

For this role, we are looking for someone with at least four years of experience as a project manager or product owner in a digital environment, and with experience in platform development and CMS or e-commerce projects. You have enough technical understanding to work effectively with developers and architects, for example on APIs, integrations, and platform architecture.

You have experience with Agile and Scrum and are familiar with tools such as Jira and Confluence. In addition, you are strong at bringing structure, identifying risks, and keeping priorities on track. You communicate clearly with both teams and clients, and together with the team you ensure strong delivery and effective collaboration. You speak Dutch and live in the Netherlands.
