New Orange is a digital technology agency. With around 90 employees, we work on the digital solutions of clients such as Valk Exclusief, NDSM Pharmacies, Boskalis, and NVM. We do this from our offices in the Netherlands ('s-Hertogenbosch and Tuil), Australia (Melbourne), and Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur).
We are looking for a Project Manager Digital to strengthen our team and support our clients.
Our development team is growing. And with more projects coming in, we’re looking for reinforcement: an experienced project manager who understands what clients need and knows how to translate that into smart, realistic, and successful outcomes.
You’ll work closely with our team of developers on a daily basis to develop and improve digital platforms. You keep oversight, set priorities, and ensure that projects run smoothly - from kickoff to go-live. Thanks to your experience with digital projects and your clear communication, you’ll impress clients with both quality and speed. Complex challenges don’t scare you; in fact, they’re what make the work exciting.
You guide digital projects from start to delivery. In doing so, you act as the connecting link between our development team, the client, and any external partners. You set clear goals, make sure the right people are involved, and keep track of planning and progress.
Every day, you align with our clients, translating their wishes into smart solutions within the digital platform - even when their ideas aren’t fully defined yet. You think ahead and know what it takes to make an impact online.
Together with our teams in ’s-Hertogenbosch and Tuil, and your colleagues in Australia, you’ll make sure every project is delivered on time and within budget. You feel responsible for the result and do whatever it takes to make the project a success.
01
You are focused on collaboration, working closely with your colleagues and the specialists from our clients and partners.
02
You are a true professional who is always looking to improve because you love what you do.
03
You take ownership of both yourself and your team, and you have a broad perspective that extends beyond your own area of expertise.
You have experience managing digital platforms and know how to bridge technology and client needs. Terms like PHP, Symfony, CSS/HTML, .NET, and APIs are familiar to you, and you also have knowledge of - or an interest in - platforms such as Shopify, PrestaShop, BigCommerce, and middleware solutions. You have at least four years of experience as a project manager or in a similar role, such as product owner. You are familiar with different CMS systems and enjoy working according to the Scrum methodology.
In your work, you are structured, resilient under pressure, and always keep your commitments. You are solution-oriented, a real team player, and your communication skills motivate others to take action - in both Dutch and English. Critical when needed, but always tactful and collaborative. You aim for results and for a positive team atmosphere.
We set the bar high when it comes to craftsmanship and collaboration. Our people are who we are - the most important thing we have. We look forward to welcoming you, meeting you, and talking about opportunities and possibilities. At New Orange, you become a co-owner from day one, since you receive a share in the company. And of course, we work with the best tools and support.
In addition, you can count on a 40-hour work week, a competitive salary aligned with your knowledge and experience, and at least 27 vacation days based on full-time employment. We offer a solid pension scheme and plenty of room to grow: in your role, but also personally and professionally. Together, we make sure that both you and New Orange continue to develop.
"The best part of my role as a project manager at New Orange is the variety: I work on diverse projects and clients, and I can see the results right away. I’m the link between the client and the team. It’s really energizing when both are satisfied. On top of that, I have the freedom to contribute ideas on how we can work smarter and more efficiently."
