As a Business Consultant, you often work in projects where direction and structure are not yet fully defined. You help clients and teams make assumptions explicit, define clear choices, and establish a well-defined path forward.

You work closely with project managers, product owners, developers, and architects to ensure that ideas and strategy are translated into practical, executable solutions.

We work in dedicated teams on long-term client partnerships. In doing so, we help organizations make complex digital challenges understandable and actionable, step by step. That means we do not only focus on the solution itself, but above all on the right direction, realistic choices, and an approach that works in practice. This is how we bring structure to complexity and work together with clients to drive sustainable digital progress.

For this role, we are looking for someone with experience in digital product environments, for example as a business consultant, product owner, analyst, or functional consultant. You have strong analytical skills and know how to bring structure to complex challenges. You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and feel comfortable in situations where not everything has been fully defined yet.

You help others find direction, take initiative, and know when to involve the right people to move forward together. You speak Dutch and live in the Netherlands. If you are still refining your language skills, we are happy to support you with that.

In addition, you can expect a full-time position of 40 hours per week, a competitive salary aligned with your knowledge and experience, ranging from €4,750 to €6,250 per month, and at least 27 vacation days based on full-time employment.
