Accordis

Accordis develops digital solutions for the healthcare sector. With extensive expertise in care processes, electronic health records and digital infrastructure, the organisation helps healthcare providers work more efficiently and prepare for the future.

Building on that expertise, Accordis developed Zorgbuddy in collaboration with Centrum2020. New Orange has been closely involved as the development partner. Our developers worked as an extension of the Accordis team, contributing to both the initial development and the ongoing evolution of the solution.

Healthcare providers continue to face increasing pressure. At the same time, administrative workloads are growing, making it more important than ever to spend valuable time where it matters most: with patients and clients.

Accordis recognised the opportunity to use Artificial Intelligence as practical support for healthcare professionals. The goal was to reduce repetitive administrative tasks and provide smarter support for clinical processes, while keeping healthcare professionals in control of their work.

Together with Accordis, New Orange developed Zorgbuddy, a digital healthcare assistant that supports healthcare professionals in their daily work.

Zorgbuddy assists with tasks such as clinical documentation, care plans, assessments and complex case management. The assistants work directly within existing care processes, providing support while allowing healthcare professionals to retain full professional oversight. The solution has been developed for disability care, mental healthcare, youth care, residential aged care and home care services.
